Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Brew City Rentals! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By renting any of our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date you pick up the equipment or when the item is delivered to your specified location. The rental period ends when the equipment is returned to Brew City Rentals. Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved before the rental period expires.

2. Rental Fees

Rental fees are based on the agreed-upon period at the time of booking. All fees must be paid in full at the start of the rental period. Late returns will incur additional charges, calculated on a daily basis, unless an extension has been approved by Brew City Rentals in advance.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the item(s) rented. The deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the equipment when returned. Deductions from the deposit may occur if there is any damage, loss, or if the equipment is returned late.

4. Equipment Condition and Use

All equipment is inspected, cleaned, and tested prior to rental. The renter is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and must notify Brew City Rentals of any existing damage or defects within 24 hours. The renter agrees to use the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and for lawful purposes only.

5. Loss or Damage

The renter is fully responsible for the care and protection of the rented equipment during the rental period. In the event of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the renter will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Brew City Rentals reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the payment method provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period begins may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for rentals returned early unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Delivery and Pick-Up

Brew City Rentals offers delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Delivery and pick-up times must be scheduled in advance. The renter must be present at the delivery location to accept the equipment. Any delays caused by the renter’s absence may result in additional charges.

8. Liability

Brew City Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur while using rented equipment. The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the rental process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your rental and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Milwaukee County.
